An outstanding win for OIC Team in Senior Maths Challenge!

OIC Senior Maths Challenge Team win their regional final with a perfect score

On Wednesday 14th of November four OIC students, two each from AS and A2 years attended the regional final of the Senior Team Maths Challenge. This competition sees A-level teams from all over the UK compete across three rounds; the group, cross number, and shuttle rounds.

Our team of exceptionally bright and hardworking students; Jaehyun, Pearl, Ryan & Yousun; fought off impressive competition from the other teams and went on to win this regional final with a perfect score of 186 out of 186, in a competition here a perfect score is unprecedented.
As a result of this outstanding victory, our team will now take part in the national final in London this coming February. We know our team will continue to make us extremely proud with not only their achievements but also their commendable work ethic and drive to succeed.
Well done team!
